Frank is the founding partner in Blanco | Koivu PLLC. He is originally from Miami, Florida. Frank resides in Ocoee, Florida with his wife and three children. His interests include politics, traveling, baseball, chess, and learning new things.
I am passionate about the law and enjoy helping clients navigate the legal system to achieve their goals.
The law is a fascinating exercise in finding the truth. As a former clerk in the Florida house of representative I personally witnessed the extensive efforts our elected officials go through to find solutions. Those solutions must comply with the law and our democratic form of government. Each day I look at the Oath Of Attorney and remind myself that I will work to support the United States and Florida Constitution in my daily fight for justice.
